Official Rules & AMOE Instructions

A. Eligibility

• Must be a legal resident of the United States

• Must be 18 years or older

• VOID in: Washington, Nevada, Idaho, and Wyoming

• One account per individual

• AMOE submissions must include valid date of birth and certification of age 18+

B. Entry Methods

i. Paid Entry

• Via sweepstakes credits purchased through FiestaSweeps.com.

ii. Free Entry (AMOE)

Option 1 – Mail-in Entry:

• Send a hand-written, self-addressed postcard to:

• Fiesta Sweeps – AMOE Request

• Your Name

• 120 Center Place Way, Suite 100

• St. Augustine, FL 32095

• Include:

• Full name

• Email address

• Mailing address

• Date of birth (must be 18 or older)

• A signed statement: “I certify that I am 18 years of age or older and meet the eligibility requirements outlined in the Official Rules.”

• The phrase “AMOE Entry Request”

• The name of the specific game you would like your AMOE entry applied to (e.g., Ultra Panda, Vegas Sweeps, Blue Dragon, etc.)

Option 2 – Email Entry:

• Email the same information to: [email protected]

• Participants may submit as many AMOE entries as they wish. Each must be submitted separately and comply with all requirements.

• Free entries receive the same odds and prize access as paid entries.

• All winners must verify age (18+) with a government-issued ID before prizes are released.

D. Prizes

• May include sweepstakes credits, gift cards, or merchandise

• Maximum prize value may be capped at $500 unless otherwise stated

E. Odds of Winning

• Odds depend on number of total entries.

• All entries, paid or free, have equal chance of winning.

F. Winner Selection

• Selected randomly from the full pool of eligible entries

• Notified via the sweepstakes platform as well as email within 5 business days

G. General Terms

• Fiesta Sweeps reserves the right to disqualify entries suspected of fraud or multiple accounts.

• Winners are responsible for all taxes

• Age must be verified before paid entries are accepted and any prizes that are awarded

• Sweepstakes void where prohibited

H. Governing Law

• Governed by the laws of the State of Texas
